Criw Cymraeg
Criw Cymraeg is made of representatives from Year 5 and Year 6. We are always looking at expanding our Criw and gaining new members. We meet as a group every other week to focus on Welsh aspects in our school. We are working hard to help our teachers to make sure they are using the language every day in and outside of the classroom! We are working hard to make Welsh fun and important and we hope you will support us!
Dyma ni (This is us)
Our cluster
Criw Cymraeg had an amazing time at Griffithstown Primary. We celebrated diwrnod shwmae! We made some Welsh biscuits, created a junk model of a Welsh dragon and played some Welsh games. Diolch for the invite and fabulous activities:
Brawddeg y Pythefnos (Phrase of the Fortnight)
Brawddegau Flaenorol (Previous Phrases)
Sut wyt ti? - How are you?
Dw i'n ……. - I am…..
Cymraeg Campus Award
We are currently working on attaining a Cymraeg Campus Silver Award and this means we have lots of targets to achieve. We achieve these targets by using lots of Welsh during our day to day tasks and discussing what we can do to improve the amount of Welsh we use.
Apiau dda!
Have a look at some of the amazing apps and games we have found to practice and enjoy learning the Welsh language. Each one can be downloaded for free on the App Store.
We hope you enjoy them!
